We use and share this information (and may combine it with other information we have about you) for the purposes described in this statement.

Use of Personal Information Collected About You
We use your personal information in several ways, including to provide and personalize the services you request and expect from XO Hotels, to provide you with the expected level of hospitality in your room and throughout our hotels, to carry out direct marketing and sales promotions, and as detailed below:

  • Service Management: We use your personal information to manage our programs in which you participate, including providing access to your account information, such as reward status and offers you qualify for; to deliver the services that are part of such a program.
  • Data Accuracy, Analysis, and Personalization: We may aggregate your personal information with data from third-party sources to keep information current and for statistical purposes. We also rely on third-party information to offer you better, more personalized service. We use other information, as well as data received from third parties, to deliver advertising to you via email, online (on our sites and other sites), and via mobile. We may use cookies and other technologies (such as 'pixel tags,' 'web beacons,' 'clear GIFs,' links in emails, JavaScript, device IDs assigned by Google or Apple, or similar technologies) to collect this information. To provide this service, you confirm that we may share your personal information with members of the hotel, our service providers, and other external parties, which may be located in countries other than your country.
